Durability Against Fire
Our products hold a Class A Fire Rating – the highest rating possible – meaning fire cannot penetrate through the roofing assembly into the attic.
Winter Weather
Durability AgainstConcrete roof tile* can withstand the most brutal winter conditions and is also strong enough to support the weight of snow. When properly installed with raised battens, a concrete tile roof can reduce ice dams caused by snow melt versus other roofing systems.
*Excludes Color-Bonded/Slurry products.
Harness the Power of the Sun with the Ventilated Roof System
A three component roofing system creates an air current that draws air in at the roof’s eave level and exhausts it at the ridge, facilitating additional airflow, and thus added energy efficiency.
Durability Against Hail
Select Eagle roof tile has undergone the toughest impact resistance testing for a Class 3 or Class 4 hail rating. As the highest rating, Class 4 testing shows our flat profiles can withstand hail of up to 2” in diameter, far outpacing the performance of other roofing materials. .
Durability Against Wind
When properly installed, concrete tile roofs provide class leading performance during strong wind events. Eagle tile is tested and approved in the Miami-Dade high velocity hurricane zone, withstanding sustained winds of up to 180mph.
